BREWER CLIFTON PINOT NOIR
This pinot from Greg Brewer is one of the highest rated pinot noirs of the year, mostly mid-nineties from all wine publications. The wine is from 4 Pinot Noir Vineyards in Santa Barbara's Sta. Rita Hills appellation, one of the coolest climates on the west coast - perfect for growing pinot noir. The winery was established in 1996 by Greg Brewer and his partner Steve Clifton. Greg is totally committed to the Sta. Rita Hills appellation, which he helped to define and map out in 1997.
The wine has ripe cherry-berry flavors with accents of dried figs and truffles. Soft tannins and a velvety finish.

BRENDEL COOPER'S REED CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine is a fresh take on Napa Cabernet, a nod to history and made to pay respects to the wine-making techniques of pre-prohibition. Aged 9 months on the lees in 60 year old 20,000 liter upright neutral oak casks, which preserves the terroir and the freshness of the beautiful fruit. Organically farmed from the Heitz Cellars winemaker Brittany Sherwood, this Cabernet is blended with small amounts of Petite Sirah and Merlot. Bright red and black fruit flavors with soft tannins and mouth-watering finish.
